Project process FAQ

How long does a GEO project take?

The kick-off stage can be completed in as little as one week: data collection, keyword and fact sheet confirmation, website build, client review and release. Ongoing execution then begins, with weekly content updates and monthly reporting.

What information do I need to provide?

You only need to complete the data collection form provided by GNS, covering your brand, services, target market and competitors. GNS proposes the keywords and fact sheet, and they are used to generate the website and articles only after you confirm them.

Can the website be hosted on my own domain?

Yes. GNS deploys the website to the domain you specify. When the project ends, the website is handed over in HTML format so you can keep or move it.

What does the monthly retainer include?

Three things: weekly article and website content updates, system-generated AI exposure reports, and a monthly keyword and competitor review with next month's activity plan.

What happens if we pause or end the engagement?

The existing website deployment is closed as agreed, and GNS hands the website over in HTML format — your site is never locked inside our platform.
